• Order and review loan due diligence documents while safeguarding the Bank’s interests from approval to funding
• Coach and mentor Loan Closing Specialists I and II while providing updates on their progress
• Lead closing kick-off calls and serve as the primary contact for borrowers and Bank personnel regarding loan inquiries
• Assemble and maintain accurate loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
• Collaborate with borrowers, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate timely loan closings

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, confidential disposition
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work

• College degree in business or finance
• 5-10 years of experience with SBA and/or USDA loans
• 5-10 years of legal or lending experience
