• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc analyses to identify improvement opportunities
  
  Prepare monthly calculations of the company's IBNR reserves
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing operating results

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of one exam passed under the Society of Actuaries Exam Syllabus
• Active pursuit of an actuarial designation (ASA)
• Strong database experience, preferably with SAS or Access
• Managed care or healthcare experience is preferred

• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, or other data manipulation software
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Suite
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
