- Support USAID’s Audit Management and Follow‑up Program
- Track, analyze, and report on OIG and other audit findings using CACS
- Coordinate with OIG, program offices, and external stakeholders to support audit resolution and closeout
- Perform moderately complex financial management functions requiring independent judgment
- Adhere to federal laws, regulations, and Agency policies in a high‑volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Four (4) years of experience supporting administrative, audit, or compliance functions at a cabinet‑level agency (or equivalent substituted experience)
- Technical proficiency in financial management functions
- Strong independent judgment and decision‑making skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a time‑sensitive environment
- Experience with CACS or similar audit tracking systems
- Background in federal financial management regulations and practices
- Knowledge of government contracting principles and practices
- Familiarity with audit resolution processes and methodologies
