• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, with management experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and accounting regulations for non‑profits
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis

• Experience with financial systems such as Quick Books, , Makers Hub, and Salesforce
• Familiarity with automation tools for financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
