Sr Tax Analyst

• Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns
• Calculate consolidated book-tax differences for tax compliance
• Support or manage various tax audits and respond to tax notices
• Engage in department projects, including research, planning, and forecasting
• Mentor and develop junior tax analysts

• Minimum of 5 years of recent corporate tax or public accounting experience
• Experience with tax software, preferably Corp Tax
• Proficiency with tax research software, ideally BNA, RIA, or CCH
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and their application to tax issues
• 3-5 years of corporate tax, public accounting, or related experience

• Additional experience with tax compliance and audit support
• Advanced knowledge of tax law and regulations
• Skills in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with state apportionment issues
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
