Analyst, Royalties

• Enter and maintain record royalty rates and render statements for record label clients
• Review and analyze recording and producer agreements to summarize applicable royalty rates
• Perform fund calculations and recoupment analyses for third‑party recipients
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Process and review artist royalty statements to ensure accuracy and timely issuance

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0 to 2 years of experience in the administration and analysis of artist royalties
• Strong computer skills, particularly in data entry and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively

• Familiarity with Microsoft Access is preferred but not required
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
