Associate Director, Business Development & Alliance Management Finance

• Partner with business development to evaluate external opportunities and conduct due diligence for M&A, licensing, and equity investments
• Support alliance management by tracking and forecasting expected milestones and ensuring timely payment processing
• Establish financial processes for investment analysis and partnership evaluations
• Assist with corporate FP&A processes for quarterly reporting and long-range financial planning
• Provide benchmarking support for investor relations and business development transactions

• 8+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting focused on the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including discounted cash flow valuation and 3-statement financial models
• Experience with transactional legal documents such as term sheets and license agreements
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial analyses clearly

• Familiarity with financial/pharmaceutical databases such as Capital
  
  IQ and Biomedtracker/Evaluate
• Proven ability to perform autonomously and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize data for executive communication
