Senior Product Manager, Card Platform

• Own and drive the product roadmap for card funding flows, settlement orchestration, ledger posting, and reconciliation
• Design scalable reconciliation and exception‑handling systems for accurate fund movements
• Define and launch new card programs, collaborating closely with issuing banks and processors
• Lead cross‑functional execution to deliver reliable and compliant money movement and ledger systems
• Measure and improve platform health, establishing success metrics and observability for critical pipelines

• 4+ years of product management experience with complex, cross‑functional software platforms
• Experience in the card payments ecosystem at a fintech, issuing or acquiring bank, card processor, or payments infrastructure company
• Hands‑on experience with cardflows and their interaction with ledgers and reconciliation processes
• Strong understanding of the card issuing and acquiring lifecycle, including transaction message flows
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with Engineering and Finance teams

• Experience operating in ambiguity and synthesizing incomplete inputs to drive execution
• Comfort working with technical systems (APIs, files, schemas) and translating financial flows into product requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
