• Prepare and implement operational strategies to support business objectives and growth targets
• Oversee transaction workflow, compliance, and quality control for all multifamily investment sales activities
• Liaison with finance and leadership for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience
• Establish clear roles, performance expectations, and career development paths for the operations team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations, preferably in investment sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in process optimization, financial analysis, and compliance
• Proficiency in CRM systems, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) or relevant certifications (CCIM, CPM)
• Experience with multifamily asset class and brokerage operations
