Finance Analyst - Hybrid

• Assist with monthly close processes, including preparation and recording of entries in various financial systems
• Monitor aging for accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments
• Reconcile bank accounts and provide regular information to Treasury
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Support audit requests and complete special projects to meet department objectives

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficiency in financial systems and general ledger management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
• Knowledge of Valitana or similar financial systems
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
