Lead TMS Compliance Analyst III

• Conduct end‑to‑end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers, leading to drafting and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
• Analyze transaction activity and KYC information to support compliance with BSA/AML regulations
• Document investigations in written narratives and maintain detailed compliance documentation
• Incorporate feedback from the Quality Assurance Team to enhance compliance handling
• Stay current with industry standards related to KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC regulations

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech industry focused on TMS, compliance, or regulatory matters
• Proven experience in SAR narrative drafting and filing
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work in a flexible 24/7 environment, demonstrating high attention to detail

• Professional certification in AML or Fraud (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE)
• Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience (CX)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Hummingbird, and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience collaborating with external outsourcing business partners
