• Assist in the preparation of standardized monthly financial reports for leadership and operations teams
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial outcomes with the budget and explain deviations
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans for assigned areas
• Create and maintain databases related to personnel and headcount planning for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Lead and participate in special financial projects and initiatives involving financial modeling and analysis

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Health Care, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Five years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or planning functions, preferably in a healthcare-related setting
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point
• Ability to independently produce clear financial analyses regarding complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or Public Administration
• Experience with Lawson and additional application systems
• Knowledge of healthcare finance and delivery systems
• Strong analytical thinking with a focus on improving and streamlining work processes
• Desire to learn and grow within the organization
