• Partner with R&D and G&A leaders to guide strategic planning and forecasting
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate headcount investments and operating expenses
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform investment decisions and long‑term planning
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis and reporting
• Drive process improvements to enhance scalability and financial insights

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in finance
• Experience supporting R&D organizations in SaaS environments
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to build financial models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Net Suite
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels
