Project Control Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Management Teams in the development and updates of project budgets and forecasts
• Facilitate contract kick-off meetings to ensure effective project setup and compliance with financial obligations
• Monitor and review project expenditures for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the accounting department
• Support subcontractor/vendor cost management lifecycle, including tracking invoicing and payments
• Prepare client status reports and assist with financial requests from stakeholders

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Exceptional organization skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced MS Excel skills
