• Lead annual and quarterly financial reconciliations across PBM cost components, ensuring accuracy and alignment between internal reporting and client-facing results
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast pharmacy cost trends and identify actionable COGS optimization opportunities
• Analyze key pharmacy cost drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce overall spend
• Investigate and resolve complex financial and contract-related inquiries through root-cause analysis
• Support margin optimization and cost containment initiatives by evaluating program levers

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in PBM, pharmacy finance, underwriting, pricing, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• SQL programming knowledge and experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

• Experience with database management systems
• Python programming experience
