- Partner closely with the Compensation Manager to deliver and continuously improve compensation programs and processes
- Support the administration and analysis of equity compensation programs, including grant modeling and reporting
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex compensation models in Excel to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and workforce planning
- Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and internal pay equity analyses across a global workforce
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives
- Typically, 4–6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a closely related quantitative HR or finance‑adjacent field
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, large datasets, scenario modeling, and data validation
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated experience building and interpreting compensation or financial models
- Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, incentives, and equity compensation
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a global or multi‑jurisdictional environment
- Exposure to equity compensation programs; startup or high‑growth company experience is a plus
- Experience using Workday HCM for compensation administration, reporting, and data management is a strong plus
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis or automation is a plus
