• Conduct end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for individual and entity customers
• Perform due diligence research and KYC reviews to assess transaction legitimacy and mitigate risks
• Document findings and create narratives to support case investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize compliance workflows and procedures
• Test compliance tools and provide actionable feedback to enhance operational efficiency

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, or tech, focusing on compliance investigations
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with Google applications
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to think strategically and operationally while identifying risks and opportunities

• Relevant experience in EDD and Transaction Monitoring workflows, including SAR narrative drafting
• Experience in project management, data analytics, or third-party vendor management
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power
  
  BI, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience collaborating with internal and external business partners
• Professional certification in AML or Fraud (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE)
