What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify reward requests based on preventive services appropriate for members, following established guidelines
- Conduct outreach to inform members and providers about reward guidance and status
- Collaborate with teams to track and document program requirements and implementation
- Document and present technical improvement findings related to the Member Rewards Program
- Assist in creating and updating member and provider materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School/GED Diploma from an accredited institution
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage responsibilities in a high‑volume environment
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to new assignments and computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of work experience
- Experience processing reward card requests
- Bilingual in English and one or more languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience addressing member inquiries in a managed care environment
