• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance obligations

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably in state and local government
• Deep understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Membership in the National Association of Government Contractors (NAGC) or Government Contractor Association (GCA)
