• Act as the main line of communication between the project team, sponsor, and study sites
• Prepare, conduct, and report on site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding Adverse Events and protocol deviations
• Conduct source data verification and manage study risks at the site level
• Support preparation of draft regulatory and ethics committee submission packages

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience
• Experience in all types of monitoring visits, in phases I-III
• Experience in Oncology is mandatory; GI and/or radio-pharm experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license (if applicable)

• Located in Central or West Coast preferred
• Full working proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan and multitask in a dynamic team environment
