• Conduct audits on client data to generate recoverable claims, ensuring high quality and accuracy
• Utilize audit tools and systems to review claims and identify over and under-payments
• Collaborate with the audit team to discuss findings and share knowledge on audit projects
• Participate in onboarding new hires and contribute to cross‑training efforts
• Recommend new concepts and processes to enhance audit production and efficiency

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2‑4 years of related experience in healthcare
• At least 2‑3 years of experience with the employer is recommended for internal candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid Claims
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify trends and discrepancies
