Pharmacy Technician - Patient Outreach Coordinator - MA Pharmacy License

• Salary up to $24.88 per hour
• Opportunity to become nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT) within 6 months through provided training

• Proactively reach out to eligible patients via phone to enroll them in the employer’s Specialty Pharmacy Program
• Educate patients on the advantages of the employer’s pharmacy services
• Access and review patient EMRs prior to calls to ensure personalized communication
• Identify medications requiring special handling and necessary supplies for treatments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care initiatives

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related field
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Ability to work independently while focusing on patient advocacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Previous customer service or outbound call experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
