• Manage and mentor Medical Writers, ensuring high-quality content development
• Attend medical conferences to assess market opportunities and competitor product activity

• Advanced life sciences degree: MD, PhD, or PharmD
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a medical communications agency
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive medical writing experience
• Proficiency in Word®, PowerPoint®, Excel®, Adobe Acrobat®, and reference-management software (End Note®)

• Experience interacting professionally with clients and thought leaders in various therapeutic areas
• Superior time management skills to effectively manage demanding timelines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
