• Provide full lifecycle program leadership for all clinical informatics solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Serve as the authorized representative for programmatic matters, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and staffing
• Manage delivery of clinical informatics features, including workflow standardization and clinical content updates
• Coordinate quarterly planning and iteration execution aligned with SAFe sprint cycles
• Develop and implement quality and safety detectors to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues

• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing clinical informatics or healthcare IT delivery programs
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in supporting clinical workflow implementation or optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT modernization programs

• Experience with VA clinical informatics operations, especially EHR modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with SAFe delivery models
• Experience with QA/test workflows, including stabilization and remediation efforts
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
• Understanding of clinical value streams and analytics to optimize care delivery
