- Serve as a primary communication point for pathologists regarding updates and initiatives
- Collect and analyze pathologist key performance indicator (KPI) reports
- Track pathologist eligibility criteria for licensing, credentialing, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, pathology, or physician services coordination
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace, or related software
- Familiarity with medical licensing, credentialing, or compliance processes
- Ability to synthesize data into clear reports and actionable insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and solve new problems creatively
- Strong teamwork skills with a diplomatic approach to communication
