System of Care Coordinator

• Salary range up to $67,210

• Coordinate the System of Care for assigned counties, overseeing collaborative committees, policies, and procedures
• Attend meetings of partner agencies to provide updates and promote best practices in behavioral health services
• Educate stakeholders and the community about services, funding requirements, and eligibility
• Support community collaborative efforts and provide input for local system annual gap and needs analysis
• Assist individuals in connecting with treatment resources available through local providers and support systems

• Master’s degree in a human services field and two (2) years of experience with child public service systems; OR Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and four (4) years of experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Residency within Trillium’s Southern Region, including specified counties
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as required

• Experience in program development and community collaboration in child mental health services
• Familiarity with state and federal guidelines related to behavioral health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
