Our reputable staffing agency is seeking a dynamic Manager Financial Clearance to join a leading healthcare facility. In this non-clinical management role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient financial operations within the organization.

Skills and Abilities:

Proven leadership abilities and excellent team management skills.

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including insurance verification, authorizations, and denials management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in utilizing healthcare revenue cycle software and systems.

Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends.

• Knowledge of relevant Hospital Policies, Practices and HIPAA regulations.

Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.

• This position is primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of computer usage.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications in revenue cycle management or healthcare administration preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 5 to 7 years supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting or related field required; progressive management responsibility Required.
• Proven track record of improving financial clearance processes and reducing denials.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

State License Requirements:

• A valid healthcare management or related license as required by the state.
