• Provide project management support for a national cancer registry effort
• Assist in vetting Oncology Data Specialist–Credentialed (ODS-C) candidates and ensuring timely onboarding
• Support access to VA’s electronic medical records (EMR) and abstracting software
• Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports on project progress
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for project efficiency

• 3+ years of project management experience for complex initiatives, preferably in health support
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (public health, health sciences, business administration, project management, or a related discipline)
• Demonstrated ability to support large, cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with federal stakeholders
• Familiarity with VA systems, policies, and directives

• ODS‑C credential through the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA)
• Familiarity with VA’s data oncology abstracting software
• Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) certification
