• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand patient needs and match them with appropriate providers
• Schedule initial appointments and collect necessary patient information, including insurance details
• Handle communications via phone, email, and other channels efficiently
• Document all patient interactions and transactions accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Assist new patients with portal setup and any questions regarding appointments or referrals

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or healthcare environment
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems
• Clear understanding of insurance-related terminology
• Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish preferred

• Prior experience working with Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
