Intake Coordinator; EST

• Efficiently manage communications through phone, email, and chat to assist new patients
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to match patients with appropriate providers
• Schedule initial appointments and ensure accurate collection of patient information
• Verify insurance eligibility and maintain compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center and/or healthcare environment
• Strong computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR systems
• Understanding of insurance-related terminology
• Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish preferred

• Prior experience working with Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a customer service role with a patient-centric approach
