Enrollment Specialist III

• Manage enrollment setup inbox, processing approval and rejection emails from payers
• Collaborate with the Implementation Supervisor to resolve customer enrollment issues
• Respond to incoming customer calls regarding enrollment inquiries and Salesforce cases
• Generate documents and assist with processing electronic remittances
• Provide training and support to Enrollment Representatives on daily operations

• 2-4 years of experience in a call center or related field
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required;
  Associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Reader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of Healthcare EDI and Insurance Payer Forms
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with Operating Systems such as Linux and Windows
