- Serve as a liaison and subject‑matter expert between the Conflict of Interest program and other departments

- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives for research integrity operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Four years of related experience, or 8 years of relevant experience for internal applicants in lieu of a degree
- Working knowledge of federal and state laws relating to conflict of interest
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency with electronic systems and software
- Advanced degree or additional training in bioethics, health, law, or a related scientific discipline
- Experience in research compliance
- Advanced proficiency with the employer’s electronic databases for tracking compliance submissions
- Demonstrated leadership and influence skills
- In‑depth knowledge of federal and state regulations related to research
