• Hire, train, and oversee a sales team of 4–6 Area Managers in collaboration with HR and Clinical teams
• Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing professional development programs
• Set individual and team sales goals aligned with company objectives and regularly review progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and national accounts
• Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance

• BS/BA in a related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in the wound care field with 1-3 years in progressive responsible positions
• 1-3 years in sales leadership roles
• Experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors of the healthcare industry
• Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies

• 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
• Experience with skin substitutes
