• Keep CRM software updated with relevant information and provide product demonstrations and support
• Communicate effectively between sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience
• Analyze and present field sales data to assist with strategic planning and implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, or a related field required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales required
• Proven sales background with a strong performance record
• Direct sales training and experience in the medical device industry required
• Applicants must currently reside in the state of Arizona

• Experience managing direct reports
• Self-starter with independent sales management skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to a medical device product platform
