• Deliver consulting services while collaborating with Project Managers to ensure project plans and timelines are adhered to for on-time, on-budget go-lives
• Utilize process streamlining methodologies to reduce order management cycle times and increase cash flow
• Assist in building client capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Proactively identify project risks and monitor and report results throughout the process
• Maintain project documentation and update required systems with project status, time/expense, and outcomes

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• Experience in selling and providing healthcare software consulting services
• Deep understanding of medical insurance billing and reimbursement relationships
• In-depth experience in Medicare billing within the healthcare industry
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with client leadership teams

• Proven process analysis and improvement methods skills with demonstrated business benefits
• Strong Excel skills for data export and analysis
• Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve milestones
• Creative and innovative problem-solver with a strong commitment to integrity
