Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales management to ensure effective case coverage and positive clinical outcomes for patients
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting and in-service education on company products
  • Engage with customers to identify their clinical needs and provide tailored solutions using company products
  • Educate customers on the latest product developments and best practices in clinical usage
  • Maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and support product inventory monitoring
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry with a focus on interventional cardiology or related fields
  • Strong clinical orientation and experience with relevant medical products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive matters
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical training as an RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or first assistant
  • Previous experience providing clinical education and training to healthcare staff
  • Familiarity with vessel closure products and interventional cardiology practices
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems and analytical skills related to healthcare data
  • Emotional intelligence for effective schedule management and teamwork
