What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients while demonstrating company products
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with local territory managers and share insights on competitive products
  • Lead complex case reviews and develop educational content for internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science
  • Medical training as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant
  • Minimum 5 years of strong clinical experience in interventional and structural cardiology
  • 3+ years of medical device experience in a commercial role within structural heart
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous industry experience as a structural heart clinical specialist or equivalent role
  • Experience providing clinical education and training to staff members
  • Background in the Cardiac Cath Lab environment as a scrub nurse or technologist
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to manage schedules effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems
