Job DescriptionSupply Aide II
Receives, stores, and issues materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom. Coordinates duplication of materials, distribution of mail and packages and provide clerical support to hospital staff.
Skills And Abilities- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
- Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment
- Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public
- Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
- Skill in print finishing (padding, trimming, collating, book making, laminating, etc)
- Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
- Proficiently operates Electric/Manual Pallet Jack and Electronic Lift/Stacker
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous supply aide experience preferred
- Experience operating high volume copier, postage machine, letter opener, industrial hole punch, binding machine, laminator, industrial size paper cutter, and computer preferred
