• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process a high volume of prescription information with speed and accuracy
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care
• Perform claim adjudication, including prior authorizations and billing checks
• Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred
• Strong drug knowledge and pharmacy billing knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills in a phone-based environment
• Ability to utilize multiple software programs for medication authorizations
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
