Patient Outreach Coordinator; MS

Employer Industry: Specialty Pharmacy

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the employer's specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services offered by the employer's Specialty Pharmacy Program
• Review patients' electronic medical records (EMR) and chart notes to ensure familiarity with their conditions
• Identify medications requiring special handling and necessary supplies for select medications
• Perform other assigned duties as needed to support the pharmacy operations

• Active Mississippi Pharmacy Technician License required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• Prior customer service and outbound call experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to effectively engage with patients

• National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
• Cold calling experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
