• Efficiently manage territory by independently contacting customers and scheduling on‑site training appointments
• Deliver tailored training for medical staff on the operation and clinical applications of surgical devices
• Conduct follow‑up visits and monitor customer commitment using the ZEISS Surgical Suite
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure training materials are current and effective
• Represent the employer in a professional manner at trade shows, conferences, and seminars

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in an ophthalmic surgical setting or comparable experience
• In‑depth knowledge of cataract surgery and IOL calculations
• Effective communication skills and teaching ability in a surgical environment
• Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage business expenses

• Experience with advanced troubleshooting in medical device operations
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures
• Previous experience in training and developing content for workshops or seminars
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations
• Medium‑level computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
