- Develop and execute the global GxP training strategy to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong quality culture
- Design and oversee GxP training programs for regulated functions, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements
- Monitor training compliance metrics and address gaps to mitigate regulatory risk
- Partner with functional leaders and HR to align training initiatives with business priorities
- Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive program enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with expertise in GxP compliance and training leadership
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global training programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscape including GxP, ICH, FDA, and EMA
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for scientific learning and development
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement through learning
