Position: Director, GxP Training (Princeton, Hybrid)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute the global GxP training strategy to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong quality culture
  • Design and oversee GxP training programs for regulated functions, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements
  • Monitor training compliance metrics and address gaps to mitigate regulatory risk
  • Partner with functional leaders and HR to align training initiatives with business priorities
  • Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive program enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with expertise in GxP compliance and training leadership
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing global training programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory landscape including GxP, ICH, FDA, and EMA
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
