Regulatory Compliance Analyst III - Workers Comp and Commercial Programs

• Monitor and analyze federal and state laws affecting the employer’s workers’ compensation, auto, and commercial program operations
• Provide cross‑functional support in developing policies and procedures for legal and regulatory compliance
• Secure and maintain all required operational licenses
• Support onboarding and implementation of new clients in workers’ compensation, auto, and commercial programs
• Conduct internal audits and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managed care setting with knowledge of laws impacting workers’ compensation, auto, and/or commercial health insurers
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs or operations of HMOs, managed care organizations, or other insurers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power Point
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal workers’ compensation, auto, and/or commercial managed healthcare regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Advanced legal research abilities
• Experience with regulations governing utilization management, claims, and credentialing
• Ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships and engage stakeholders
• Familiarity with compliance training program development
