What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive quota attainment and revenue growth targets for the Underpayments solution portfolio
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Mentor and enable sales teams on Underpayment Solution strategy and positioning
  • Secure executive alignment and confidence in measurable value delivery during sales cycles
  • Represent the employer as an industry expert through various channels, including webinars and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle, commercial strategy, or enterprise healthcare solution sales
  • Proven success in quota‑bearing roles with achievement against annual revenue targets
  • Deep knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, including underpayments and third‑party liability
  • Strong executive presence to engage CFOs and senior operations leaders
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and financial acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading complex enterprise or consultative solution sales engagements
  • Familiarity with major EHR and RCM technologies
  • Strong strategic storytelling capabilities
