- Proven success in quota‑bearing roles with achievement against annual revenue targets
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, including underpayments and third‑party liability
- Strong executive presence to engage CFOs and senior operations leaders
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience leading complex enterprise or consultative solution sales engagements
- Familiarity with major EHR and RCM technologies
- Strong strategic storytelling capabilities
