Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms physical therapy evaluations
Establishes plan of care to meet identified goals
Provides treatments
Evaluates effectiveness of treatments
Modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
Effective leadership skills
Proficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co-workers
Schedule and Shift DetailsDay Shift 10-40 // 80-hours per two-week pay period
