- This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5 pm

As a Pharmacist-In-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
- Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
- Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
- Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
- Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Oncology, Rheumatology and more
- Clinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare

What You’ll Bring Basic Qualifications- Pharm.
D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy - Successful completion of Oregon state pharmacy board examination
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Oregon
- Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements
- Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy
- Two to three years of experience in pharmacy management
- This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes
