Global Payroll Manager

Overview

Employer Industry: SaaS (Software as a Service)

• Oversee payroll processing for a distributed workforce across 8 countries
• Manage relationships with multiple EOR/PEO vendors across 12+ countries
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs, responding to employee inquiries regarding pay
• Develop ad-hoc reports for finance and legal teams, supporting accrual calculations
• Improve and expand process documentation and implement integrations across payroll systems

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing global payroll operations
• 2+ years of experience overseeing direct reports
• Direct experience processing US payroll and familiarity with US payroll laws
• Proficiency with a major US payroll system (e.g., ADP WFN)
• Experience with payroll vendor selection and implementation of new systems

• CPP, CPA, or similar credentials
• Direct experience processing non-US payroll, including EOR/PEO and direct employment
• Experience with LATAM and/or EMEA payroll is a strong plus

• Salary up to $215,000
