Job Description
- Perform Recruiting activities for all clinic locations
- Assist with onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Coordinate performance reviews and improvement programs
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Process employee-specific payroll changes
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Maintain human resources policies and procedures
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Organize physical and electronic files for employees
- Administer employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
- Perform human resources projects as assigned
- Report to Child support
- Approve all Timecards from pay period to pay period.
- Make time clock adjustments.
- Help employees with updating their personal information in Paycor.
- Create and send out HR highlights newsletter month to month.
- Employment verifications
- Administer various employee benefit programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientations on eligibility and enrollment.
- Maintain employee benefits in HR system and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately for payroll deduction.
- Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit questions related to coverage and/or claims payment.
- Assists the Director of Human Resources in obtaining statistics and information in the renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans that benefit the company.
- Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs. Ensure distribution of required employee notices.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings for employees with NBMC 401(k) plan representatives and financial consultants.
- Responsible for benefits reporting requirements.
- Attend and participate in HR, Payroll, and accounting meetings as required. Represent HR in other clinic-wide committees when appropriate.
- Maintains monthly spreadsheet of clinic employee status changes for payroll processing.
