• Support the administration of global assignments across the full assignment lifecycle
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business groups and coordinate with various departments
• Assist with immigration and compliance requirements including visas and work permits
• Maintain accurate global mobility data and support process improvements
• Provide guidance on global mobility programs, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 4+ years of experience related to international HR or global mobility
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalates issues appropriately
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed

• Experience supporting expatriates or international assignees
• Familiarity with relocation and immigration vendors
• Exposure to global mobility compliance concepts
