What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority corporate roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs and interview strategies
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers, providing market insight and talent recommendations
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates with structured recommendations for hiring decisions
  • Drive efficiency and consistency in the recruiting process, identifying opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for complex corporate roles in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Strong business acumen to align hiring strategy with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in high-growth, dynamic organizational settings
  • Familiarity with virtual recruiting tools and platforms
  • Background in behavioral health or related fields
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
